Logo Design Process
These are the 4 main steps in the logo creation process that I go through.
After the proposal is accepted and the 50% deposit is made, I will provide the questionnaire, and this is where I need the client to be as descriptive and comprehensive as possible so that I can grasp what the logo is intended for to the best of my abilities.
When I have gathered all of the information, I begin my research, generating ideas, extracting keywords for the brand, and building a mood-board that fits the design style that the client desires.
Design is a step in the process that leads to the creation of multiple logo concepts with varying typography and colors. Between sketching, digitizing, and presentations, we get client feedback and unlimited revisions until we arrive at a final logo that we both like.
After the final logo is approved, I begin creating source files for web and print. I save the logo in a variety of mockups and colors. Along with the source files, I create a PDF file that shows how to use the logo in various lockups and on different backgrounds , and many more.
